Embrace Grace
Make the Church as Safe Place for Single Pregnant Women
St. Vincent's is working with Embrace Grace here on our campus. Our group provides emotional, practical, and spiritual support for single, young pregnant women who find themselves in an unexpected pregnancy.
The primary goal of Embrace Grace is to empower the Church to be a safe and nonjudgmental place for these young women to run to when they find out there are pregnant—instead of the last place they are welcomed because of shame and guilt. It's a 12-week program that teaches women about God's love, and grace, and celebrates their decision to choose life.
Our group at St. Vincent's has a wide variety of needs from event coordination and financial support, to prayer providers. Please consider getting involved. To learn more about Embrace Grace, visit their website www.embracegrace.com. To learn more about our group and get involved email our leader Allison by clicking the button below.

Feed the Homeless
Homeless Ministry
Once a month, our Homeless ministry makes 200 meals and delivers them to the homeless in our city along with other essential personal care goods. When you lend a hand, you heal hearts. Get involved today.
VISITING THE SICK AND HOMEBOUND
Homebound Ministry
If you would like to volunteer to visit our homebound parishioners, or bring communion to the sick, or if you are homebound and would like someone to bring you the Eucharist, please contact Matt & Tracy Rifat at 619-708-3675.
Caring of the whole person
End of Life Care Initiative
St. Vincent's is partnered with Caring of the Whole Person initiative. The initiative enables each parish to provide community support and meaningful resources to individuals and families who are experiencing serious life events.
It covers a wide series of events that may or may not happen to a person and family. If you'd like to share your expertise, we welcome adults who have a professional—medical, social work, legal, caregiving, business—or personal call to serve their fellow parishioners. Email Belinda via the email button below with questions.
